The goal

In addition to the application of naturopathic methods to promote health, I want to empower people in their personal responsibility through the creative expression of various art forms.

It is very important to me to see people as a unity of body, mind and soul.

My treatment concepts are therefore holistic. Treating symptoms is not enough; it is important to find the causes. Often there are unresolved life questions behind this. With the help of contemplative conversation according to AH Almaas, it quickly becomes clear which steps can lead to recovery.

By balancing the chakras, blockages can be released. Penzel's acupuncture massage also works here. Tibetan healing massage is also very beneficial; it touches the soul, harmonizes the chakras and often creates inner images that help to deal with the issue in question.

Bach flowers, which I select individually, can also have a positive effect on the soul.

My many years of experience with painting, reading pictures and recognizing the benefits for dealing with problems round off my therapy concept.

Through guided painting, gluing collages and working with clay, I want to enable people to look at their issue, find a solution themselves and implement it creatively. Inner images become visible, concrete and trend-setting. It is absolutely not necessary to be able to paint "beautifully".

Last but not least, I will discuss improving health through nutritional advice, instructions for treatments such as the FX Mayr treatment, interval fasting and instructions for cardiovascular training. Adequate nutrient supply also plays a role.

It gives me great pleasure when I can contribute to improving people’s living situation and well-being.

That is what I stand for, that is what I am passionate about.

My chronological career in naturopathy

1992 – 2001: 

• Work as a nurse in an internal medicine and cardiac surgery intensive care unit
• Part-time training as a naturopath at the Paracelsus School in Regensburg with state final examination (1999)

2001 – 2006:

• Work as a scientific field representative for biological remedies

2006 – 2009:

• lessons at the Vienna Art School
